Every organisation approaches clinical governance from a different starting point. The first step is a short conversation to understand your organisation, what you are trying to achieve and whether Active Assure is likely to be the right fit.
You don't need to know which clinical tools - for example guidelines, competencies or frameworks - or implementation support you need before contacting us. That is what the initial conversation is designed to help determine.
A short, no-obligation conversation with our team to understand your organisation, what you are looking to strengthen and whether Active Assure is likely to be the right fit.
Not ready to book a call? Send us a question about clinical coverage, licensing, implementation, pricing or how Active Assure could work within your organisation.
Once you get in touch, we keep the process straightforward.
15-minute Fit Check: We start with a short conversation and five standard questions to understand your organisation, your current governance needs and whether Active Assure is likely to be the right fit.
Consultation and Gap Analysis: If there is a good fit and you would like to proceed, we undertake a paid consultation to explore your current systems in more detail, identify gaps and understand what your organisation needs.
Tailored Options and Pricing: We recommend the components of Active Assure that are relevant to your organisation, including any customisation or implementation support required, and provide clear pricing.
Implementation: We work with you to introduce the framework into your organisation and support your team to put it into practice.
Four Weeks of Support: Following implementation, you have four weeks of support to help address questions and assist with embedding the framework.
You are not committing to the full process by getting in touch. The first step is simply to determine whether Active Assure is the right fit for your organisation.
