Active Assure is the clinical governance division of Active Rehabilitation Physiotherapy. What we license is not just a template pack, it is the working governance system of an established, accredited clinical practice, covering the full care continuum from pre-operative and inpatient care through outpatient services and telehealth delivery.
Every guideline in the library is evidence-based, referenced, and in current clinical use. Each one covers the complete clinical workflow, centred around a recommended treatment schedule that is evidenced based. Each guideline then covers recommended outcome measures, initial and ongoing assessment through to a graded treatment schedule, either through to full recovery, or onwards referral and every document is editable, so it becomes your organisation's system rather than someone else's.
The library also contains a series of competency and protocol documents to augment the guidelines, ensuring clinicians are capable of supporting their patients with confidence.
